Team AFS Contest Prep

TEAM AFS was created three years ago its a successful contest prep company coached by myself. At present it focuses on male athletes only but that may change shortly. So far i have been very successful at beginner and intermediate level with several athletes winning overalls at popular shows including PCA , FMC, Miami Pro, NFM UK and 2 Bros Pro. So far i have had winners in most categories including Fitness Model, Mens Physique, Beach, Classic and Bodybuilding. If you are thinking to level up your training and want to enter a show then i can definitely get you ready and also make sure you are in the correct category for your physique.

Monthly Packages include 2 x training at the Aesthetic Fitness Studio or 2 Sports Massages per month , Nutrition plans and Diet and Supplement Changes, Weekly Check Ins Peak Week Show Day Support as i will be at your show and training changes when required. 

 Cost £90 monthly.  

Juniors Under 23 £70 monthly

Weekly Sessions at the Aesthetic Fitness Studio £40 includes all prep (160.00) per month

Lifestyle Prep non competitive £120.00 per month.
